Description (Service)	COVID-19 (October 14, 2021): Service Access to Recovery (SAR) dial 613-241-5202. Screening and triage currently done by phone because of pandemic. Clients are being provided with a list of virtual support options offered by different addictions treatment agencies and other regional and provincial resources. Main gateway to addiction services in the region Conducts assessments and referral planning with people who are concerned about their substance use information and support to people concerned about their loved one's substance use, whether it be a friend, a family member or a spouse can provide guidance, support and help the clients navigate the addictions system direct referral to addictions treatment
Hours	Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Eligibility	Individuals 16 years and older people younger than 16 and using opioids will be prioritized for assessment and referral parents can call to start support process
