This training is intended for community workers wishing to deepen their knowledge of divorce in Canada.  It will focus on the legal steps to take to obtain a simple divorce.  Ms. Montpellier will explain the forms to be completed, served and filed as well as the time limits. She will also equip responders to recognize more complicated situations and the importance of obtaining legal advice in these circumstances.
