Description (Service)	Assessment and active treatment of patients who are experiencing mental health problems services provided by a multidisciplinary team all persons referred will be seen in consultation first program will provide a consultation only or admission to one of its services as clinically indicated Psychiatric services: outpatient clinic day hospital (45 spots) inpatient unit (43 beds) consultative outreach service to most long-term care facilities
Hours	Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Eligibility	People 65 years and older who experience mental health problems
Languages	English, French
Application	referrals must be made by a physician or a community psychiatrist contact Intake Secretary for a list of long-term care facilities visited by outreach consultative team
