Team of mental health professionals who provide specialized services to persons with severe and persistent mental disorders

  • assessment and symptom management
  • pharmacotherapy
  • individual therapy
  • integrated treatment of mental health and substance use problems

  • assistance with daily living (medication management, budgeting, grocery shopping, etc.)
  • educational support

  • socialization and recreation

  • partnership with other resources


Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Eligibility French-speaking individuals 18 years of age and older who live in the Ottawa area and have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, mood disorders or other psychotic disorders (e.g. schizoaffective disorder) * Services are also provided to individuals who are experiencing significant difficulties in housing, social, employment or educational functioning

Application By referral through the Central Intake Committee * Applications are then forwarded to the appropriate ACT team, which will assess the individual to determine eligibility
