Support for persons with dual diagnosis in the mental health and developmental service sectors
The Dual Diagnosis program also supports individuals with life skills counselling (weekly meeting, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)/Skills System, Concurrent Disorder groups), housing issues, legal issues, employment, mental health issues, and developmental services. The Dual Diagnosis Justice Case Management program specifically serves individuals who have a dual diagnosis and legal issues (court matters, contact with police, incarceration). Hours | Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm |
Eligibility | Persons 18 years and older with a dual diagnosis and complex needs (developmental disability and mental health diagnosis) |
Languages | English, French |
Application | Individuals eligible for the Developmental Services Ontario Eastern Region (DSOER) must be referred by the DSOER. Individuals who are not eligible can call the CMHA to obtain a referral form. |
