Eligibility	Residents of Overbrook, Forbes, Carson, Lindenlea, Castle Heights, Rockliffe Park, New Edinburgh and Manor Park, Desloges, Provender, and Cummings Residency Requirements: WARD 13, Postal codes starting with K1K and, in some cases, K1G (Avenues K through U) and K1M (on the East side of the river)
