Description (Service)	Interpretation and translation services: in over 150 languages and dialects offer 24-hour/day and 7 days/week service interpretation services include relaying phone messages, attending meetings and conferences as well as assisting with confidential interviews throughout the Greater Ottawa Area translations of documents ranging from immigration documents, criminal background checks to birth/marriage/death certificates etc.
Hours	Services can be accessed Mon-Sun 24 hours * Regular service hours are Mon-Fri 9 am-3 pm
Eligibility	International services, industry, social services, health care services, law enforcement agencies and individuals who require the service Residency Requirements: Ottawa-Carleton Region; 150 km radius of City of Ottawa.
