Description (Service)	Housing loss prevention services to low and moderate income individuals and families (including newcomers) information and guidance to help with housing search on private market subsidized housing applications information and guidance to help with housing problems like rental arrears, safety concerns, maintenance and health issues, and conflicts with landlords or others information on landlord and tenant's rights and responsibilities information on community resources legal support for housing and discrimination and clients representation at the Landlord and Tenant Board advice and moral support help completing standardized leases if needed Local service locations (Not currently available, please contact the main office for information): Orléans-Cumberland Community Resource Centre Rideau-Rockcliffe Community Resource Centre Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre Lowertown Community Resource Centre Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre Carlington Community Health Centre
Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 12:30 pm-4:00 pm
Eligibility	Low-to moderate-income people living in the following wards: 1: Orléans-East Cumberland 2: Orléans-West Innes 10: Gloucester-Southgate 11: Beacon Hill-Cyrville 12: Rideau-Vanier 13: Rideau-Rockcliffe 16: River Ward 17: Capital 18: Alta Vista 19: Orléans-South Navan 20: Osgoode 22: Riverside South-Findlay Creek
