Description (Service)	Provides information about mental illness and addiction problems books and videos may be borrowed for a two-week period or viewed within the library notices of relevant, current and upcoming events are posted on the Library's bulletin board Offers material and information on: specific mental illnesses mental health legislation community and family support upcoming workshops and meetings Information is available in many different formats such as: books video cassettes brochures pamphlets newsletters journals
Hours	The Royal Mental Health Community Library and Resources Centres are located in: Ottawa: The library is located at 1145 Carling Ave on the second floor (across from the elevators) and is open Mon-Fri 8 am-12 noon and 1 pm-4 pm Brockville: The Mental Health and Resource Library is located at 1804 Highway 2 East in the River Café on the second floor of the Forensic Treatment Unit, Mon-Fri 12 pm-1 pm
Eligibility	individuals who want information about mental disorders or addictions primary clients are those living with a mental illness or an addiction, as well as their families and friends health professionals, students, community agencies, schools and the general public are also welcome to use the Library
