Drop-in program providing a safe and welcoming space for people looking for community, connection, or additional support

Practical supports

  • Wi-Fi and computer access
  • condoms
  • respite cots
  • access to printing and faxing

Social recreation programs

  • board games, card games
  • bingo
  • arts and crafts
  • karaoke
  • chaplaincy

  • creative expressions program including literacy and writer's group

In-reach visits

  • Royal Ottawa Hospital Outreach Teams
  • Ontario Works workers
  • University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic
  • Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)

Application support program

  • assists individuals with significant disabilities and barriers to navigate the ODSP application process



Hours Thu-Tue 8 am-3 pm * Wed 8 am-1 pm
Eligibility Adults 18 years and older (alone or with children) in need of a supportive environment or practical assistance. Some of the people served include individuals who are:

  • homeless or at risk of homelessness

  • psychiatrically disabled

  • lonely and isolated

  • unemployed

  • dealing with drug/alcohol addiction

  • recently discharged from hospital or jail
