| Description (Service) | I offer in person (Ottawa) and virtual (Ontario)psychotherapy for individuals 18+ years of age. My areas of specialty are: Trauma, Anxiety,Depression, PTSD, Grief & Loss, Workplace Injuries, Life Span Transitions,Women, Seniors (55+) and 2SLGBTQI. I am an experienced Social Worker/Psychotherapist.I practice in alignment with my Intersectional Trauma-Informed values. My approaches include:Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Compassion-Focused Therapies DialecticalBehavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Nature and Somatic-based therapies. |
