Description (Service) The Counselling and Psychotherapy Center
  • Individual Counselling (16 years or older)
  • Couple Counselling
  • Family counselling (with children 12 years or older)
All services are offered

Common issues include but are not limited to:
  • Individual therapy
  • Anxiety (stress management, phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety),
  • Mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder)
  • Life transitions (grief/bereavement, separation/divorce, retirement)
  • Difficulties with communication and assertiveness
  • Personality disorders,
  • Trauma (PTSD)
  • Integration of spirituality and values
  • Couples and family therapy
  • Communication issues (arguments)
  • Intimacy or sexual issues
  • Infertility
  • Infidelity and trust
  • Parenting issues
  • Other disruptions to the family unit (illness of a child, blending of families, etc.)
All services are offered by counselling interns who are studying at the Master or Doctorate level, and they are supervised by licensed and experienced professionals.

Hours Mon-Thu 9 am-8 pm, Fri 9 am-5 pm
Eligibility The general public 16 years and over and 12 years and over in family counselling
