Description (Service) Provides up to four hours of free legal advice to those who qualify by phone or video chat from one or more lawyers on referral list
  • service available anytime after assault has occurred
  • Does not provide legal representation
Hours Toll free number: Mon-Sun 24 hrs
Eligibility Survivors of sexual assault 16 years and older
Residency requirement: Ontario residents, the assault must also have occurred in Ontario
Languages English, French
Application Email completed voucher, voucher form available online
