Provides up to eight hours of free legal advice to those who qualify from one or more lawyers on referral list

  • service available anytime after assault has occurred
  • does not provide legal representation

Hours Toll free message line: Mon-Sun 24 hrs; legal appointment timings will vary
Eligibility Survivors of sexual offences (such as assault, non-consensual distribution of intimate images or recordings, and other offences of a sexual nature) intimate partner violence or human trafficking, 16 years and older
Residency requirements: Ontario residents and/or the assault must have occurred in Ontario
Languages English, French
