Description (Service)	Single session, solution-oriented therapy in-person or virtually with a professional therapist or social worker Duration of the session is between 75 to 90 minutes Clients in distress who feel that they need more assistance may return to the clinic for another session or can be referred for ongoing counseling Offers counselling in : mental and emotional health issues addiction anxiety depression personal or work-related stress crisis situations trauma grief and loss separation and divorce anger sexual abuse (both men and women) family conflicts relationship issues parenting violence
Hours	Mer midi-20 h, dim midi-17 h * le service est offert à des différents emplacements pendant la semaine, y compris le soir et la fin de semaine, voir les dossiers distincts pour plus de détails
