Description (Service)	Maintains a centralized waiting list of individuals applying for subsidized housing
Hours	Mon, Wed-Fri 8:30-4:30 pm, Tue 1 pm-4:30 pm
Eligibility	at least one person in the household is 16 years of age or older each member of the household must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, refugee or refugee claimant no member of the household is currently under a deportation, departure or exclusion order to leave Canada no member of the household owes money to any social housing provider no member of the household has been convicted of an offence in relation to rent-geared-to-income assistance or found by a court of law or the Landlord and Tenant Board to have misrepresented their income for the purpose of obtaining housing assistance houseowners must agree to sell their house within 180 days of being housed must be able to live independently and make own arrangements for support services income and assets must be within the allowable limits
