Description (Service) COVID-19 (12 Jul 2021): Due to COVID19, The Counselling Group is offering only live video and/ or telephone mental health counselling services until further notice.

Trained and experienced counsellors provide counselling and support services for children, adolescents, and adults
  • individual, couple/relationship, family, and group counselling
  • holistic, client-centered approach
  • special sensitivity to cultural and diversity issues
Counselling services are offered for a variety of issues, including but not limited to:
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • self-esteem
  • relationship issues
  • chronic pain
  • domestic violence and abuse
  • disordered eating
  • isolation / interpersonal difficulties
  • lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender, intersex, queer, questioning (LGBTTIQQ) issues
  • loss / grief / bereavement
  • parenting
  • prenatal and post-partum issues
  • separation and divorce
  • sexual assault
  • trauma and post-traumatic stress
Hours Mon-Thu 9 am-7:30 pm, Fri 9 am-1:30 pm
Eligibility Individuals, couples, children and families of all faiths and backgrounds
Languages Arabic, English, French, Russian, Spanish
