Independent oversight body responsible for receiving, managing and overseeing public complaints in the following areas:
Brochure regarding LECA services available in languages including: Arabic, Cree, English, Farsi, French, Ojibway, Oji-Cree, Punjabi, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Taglog, Tamil, Urdu |
