Description (Service)	Supports internationally educated professionals to obtain employment in their field clients are matched with a volunteer with work experience in the same or a related field mentorship is also offered between participants and public service employees One-hour weekly meetings about: canadian workplace culture career objectives employment strategies cover letter and resume fine tuning interview skills career mentors receive training
Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Eligibility	Participants: landed immigrants or Convention refugees internationally educated language assessment level 6 or higher Ontario resident employment ready Mentors: at least two years of work experience in Ottawa and contacts in employment and professional networks commitment: at least three months, one hour a week sensitivity to employment and cultural transition experiences
