Description (Service)	Recovery program for clients suffering with severe and persistent mental illness 32-bed inpatient unit provides recovery treatment within a six month average length of stay support for each patient in determining goals which will facilitate patients in moving back into the community patients may access available community supports Staffed by a interdisciplinary team including: psychiatrists nurses personal care attendants occupational and recreation therapists social workers peer support worker
Hours	Mon-Sun 24 hours
Eligibility	individuals 18 years and older with a Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders with a 4th Edition (DSM IV) diagnosis who are capable of engaging in the recovery process to function in the community
Languages	English, French
Application	clients must be admitted to the program from hospitals across the Champlain region or from home through community agencies call to obtain a referral package
