Description (Service)	Caring for the Caregiver Family Information and Support Groups sessions offered the first and third Tuesdays of the month Specific roster of topics arranged, including: guest speakers skill development opportunities for discussion Community mental health programs also offers a family group that is open to the public on the last Tues of the month, every other month (Jan, Mar, May) 6 pm-7:30 pm all groups are offered via Zoom preregistration is required by emailing Denise McGregor at denise.mcgregor@theroyal.ca

Eligibility	Caregivers, family and friends of those with mental health challenges * groups are open to all community members
