The team includes family doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and mental health team workers Services include: blood lab dental services dietitian flu shots low-risk obstetrics care mental health physio/massage therapy travel medicine uninsured services urgent care wellness workshops x-ray
Hours	Mon-Thu 8 am-8 pm, Fri 8 am-4 pm * Urgent Care Clinic Sat 10 am-1 pm
Eligibility	No restrictions
Languages	English, French
Application	New patients should contact Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822 * self-referrals accepted for obstetrical care and for newborn circumcision
