Description and Services
Description (Service) COVID-19 (6 Sept 2021): Downtown Services and Drop-In (DSDI) centre are open from Monday to Friday, 12:30 - 6 pm., and Saturday-Sunday from 1 - 6 pm., for one-on-one client services, including wellness checks, brief support and consultations, referrals, practical needs, food bank.

Support services and drop-in for youth
  • crisis and individual short-term supportive counselling
  • laundry facilities, showers, housing, and trusteeship services
  • access to computers with internet access and telephones
  • health clinic with a multidisciplinary health team
  • outreach and needle exchange programs
Issues addressed:
  • poverty
  • abuse
  • health care
  • employment
  • school
  • substance abuse
  • sexual orientation
  • loss
Hours Mon-Fri 12:30 pm-6 pm, Sat-Sun 1 pm-6 pm
Eligibility
    Youth between 16-24 years of age who
  • have complex needs
  • are homeless or unstably housed
