• temporary accommodation for families experiencing homelessness
• on site support with housing search - ensure active application with The Social Housing Registry of Ottawa

• homeless families and couples with a primary focus on families (all ages)
• must have a dependent
• must be referred by the City of Ottawa

• Contact City of Ottawa by phone (3-1-1) to request referral to a shelter
• City staff will complete eligibility assessment
• During regular business hours, ongoing Ontario Works clients may contact their Case Worker or a Crisis Worker directly for a referral
