• free virtual 30 minute meeting with a lawyer available to all - no eligibility criteria
• general explanations regarding all areas of law for federal and provincial law in Ontario
• referral service to specialized resources in the province
• help to determine the required legal forms and answer questions on procedure
• resources and tools to further help individuals
• service can be used more than once and is always free
