Information on all accessible transit issues Community Pass: A discounted Community Pass is available to Ottawa residents who receive Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) benefits or who are registered Para Transpo customers Travel Training in partnership with community agencies and schools Service Animals: Customers can use their identification from a recognized service animal training school or one-piece Attorney-General of Ontario Guide Dog photo ID. Situations where the animal has not been trained at a recognized school require the customer to contact the Accessible Transit Specialist Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) Pass: Registered CNIB customers can use their CNIB one-piece photo ID card as a transit pass Also available:
