Description (Service)	Supports families caring for children investigates allegations of child abuse or neglect protects children and, when necessary, ensures alternate care for children who may be neglected or abused and/or have special needs advocates on behalf of children and their families
Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * protection services Mon-Sun 24 hours
Eligibility	Children, youth and families in distress
Languages	English, French
