Integrated community mental health support services for individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with complex needs

Services include:

Hours COVID-19 -- Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Sep-May * Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm Jun-Aug
Eligibility Individuals 18 years and older. Varies according to service.
