Description and Services
Description (Service) Integrated community mental health support services for individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with complex needs

Services include:
  • outreach
  • case management
  • housing
  • concurrent disorders treatment program
  • health promotion
  • vocational support services for clients
Training and community development to respond to the needs of individuals with serious mental illness, education, training and distribution of materials

Workshops:
  • SafeTALK
  • ASIST
  • Understanding the Unspoken Pain (assisting survivors of war and trauma)
  • Myths & Realities of Mental Illness
  • Integrated Treatment for Concurrent Disorders
  • Mental Health Works (for employers and employees in the workplace)
  • Living Life to the Full
  • Motivational Interviewing
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Sep-May * Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm Jun-Sep
Eligibility Individuals 18 years and older. Varies according to service.
