Description (Service)	Integrated community mental health support services for individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with complex needs Services include: outreach case management housing concurrent disorders treatment program health promotion vocational support services for clients Training and community development to respond to the needs of individuals with serious mental illness, education, training and distribution of materials Workshops: SafeTALK ASIST Understanding the Unspoken Pain (assisting survivors of war and trauma) Myths & Realities of Mental Illness Integrated Treatment for Concurrent Disorders Mental Health Works (for employers and employees in the workplace) Living Life to the Full Motivational Interviewing
Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Sep-May * Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm Jun-Sep
Eligibility	Individuals 18 years and older. Varies according to service.
