COVID-19 (28 September 2020) many services are currently offered by phone or the following virtual ways:
Offices at 311 McArthur Avenue will remain closed to all visitors until further notice In the process of converting many of their programs to a webinar style class and will be releasing the new 2020-21 schedule and online registrations in early June 2020 * any training programs running in the fall will be done so in a virtual online environment and access to a computer with sound and video is required Interactive course designed to help individuals deal more effectively with everyday life challenges * based on cognitive-behavioural therapy model * provides practical strategies to help people to better manage their thoughts, feelings and emotions |
