COVID-19 (28 September 2020) many services are currently offered by phone or the following virtual ways:
  • PCVC - Personal computer video conferencing
  • OTN - Ontario Telemedicine Network
  • ZOOM - Video/web conferencing platform

Offices at 311 McArthur Avenue will remain closed to all visitors until further notice

In the process of converting many of their programs to a webinar style class and will be releasing the new 2020-21 schedule and online registrations in early June 2020 * any training programs running in the fall will be done so in a virtual online environment and access to a computer with sound and video is required


Interactive course designed to help individuals deal more effectively with everyday life challenges * based on cognitive-behavioural therapy model * provides practical strategies to help people to better manage their thoughts, feelings and emotions
Hours COVID-19 most in person training are cancelled, some are virtual. Call or visit Facebook for informtaion
Eligibility Adults 19 years and older including professionals, employers, educational institutions and the general public who work with or care for persons living with a mental illness
