COVID-19 (28 September 2020) many services are currently offered by phone or the following virtual ways:
Offices at 311 McArthur Avenue will remain closed to all visitors until further notice A partnership of 8 Ottawa-based agencies (MHCSS) that provide individualized intensive case management support to persons experiencing severe and persistent mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use, who require support in order to live in the community. Acts as a centralized access point for intensive case management services which is coordinated by CMHA Ottawa Intensive Case Management: A community based mental health service. Services:

Eligibility | Adults 16 years and older with a severe and persistent mental health problem who need significant support in order to access services that are needed and wanted |
