  • PCVC - Personal computer video conferencing
  • OTN - Ontario Telemedicine Network
  • ZOOM - Video/web conferencing platform

Group debriefing for persons who have been affected by the loss of a person who has died by suicide * a group process for individuals who are not family members who may not be served by existing programs * It may be a co-worker, clients, a community member, a neighbor, etc.

A support session is a structured, one- to two-hour group session * offers a safe, confidential setting where the emphasis is on sharing thoughts, feelings and experiences * Group members learn about stress reactions and community resources and are reassured that their response to the event is natural

Hours COVID19: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Eligibility Individuals 15 years and older can participation in a debriefing opened to pre-teens, teens, adults and seniors
