Description (Service)	Meet newcomers at the airport and accompany them to their local community provide temporary accommodations needs assessment, including emergency needs life skills support including orientation in clients' language on variety of topics, such as federal and provincial programs and services, health care issues, managing money, education system, family life, employment referrals to community services and other settlement programs assistance with searching for, viewing, selecting, and moving into permanent accommodations
Hours	Mon-Sun 8 am-11 pm
Eligibility	Government assisted refugees
Languages	Arabic, Cantonese, Chinese, English, Farsi, French, Kinyarwanda
