Description (Service)	Health centre focused on family and community health that offers programs and services around 4 areas confidential and supportive services for individiuals, families and adolescents seeking help for substance use, addictions and mental health with counselling services, supervised cosumption and treatment, harm reduction service, rapid addiction medicine, the drop in information and programs to address health issues and wellness to help community members obtain the information they need to develop skills for a healthy lifestyle with wellness activities and chronic disease prevention and management programs and others community and social services that support community initiatives with services that help individuals apply for important documentation, meet immediate needs and reduce isolation with health card assistance and social services support, food programs, arts and recreation, youth programs and community events primary care, have access to programs and services to address health issues with health services and the oasis clinic
