Description and Services
Description (Service) Program for children witnesses of violence
  • children's group for children who have experienced abuse towards their mothers and a parallel parenting group for the moms is offered
  • the groups are run twice a year
Individual counseling offered to children 3 to 18 years old who have experienced abuse or witnessed it towards their mothers
  • follow up provided to children who have participated in a support group
  • parenting support also offered to mothers who have experienced abuse
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Sep-May * Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm, Jun-Aug
Eligibility
  • Children aged 3 to 18 years old who have witnessed abuse against their mothers
  • parenting support for mothers available
Languages English, French
