Description (Service)	Court specifically designed to serve persons who have legal charges related to problematic substance use day treatment groups, individual counselling for substance use and related mental health concerns, assistance with basic needs and job search/readiness education upgrading in conjunction with weekly appearance in court successful participants receive sentence that does not involve going to jail
Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Eligibility	Individuals 18 years and up with outstanding Criminal Code charge that is related to drug addiction or a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act charge must be approved by the Crown Attorney, Rideauwood, and the Drug Treatment Court judge
Languages	English, French
Application	Access to this program only available through the Court. If eligible, encourage applicants to speak to their Defence Attorney, who can obtain application packages from the Crown Attorney's office. Individuals can request application consideration through their lawyer or available Duty Counsel.
