Description (Service)	Free professional counselling services for registered students single session and short-term Counselling for mental health and wellbeing services have same day or next day access individual and group counselling (drop-in and pre-registered) remote appointments available by phone or video mental health and study skills workshops referrals to community resources online self-help tools also available
Hours	Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm * Mental health crisis services: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
Eligibility	Registered students enrolled at Algonquin College in a minimum of a single course consisting of at least 24 hours of instruction
