Nationwide, community and clinic-based vision rehabilitation services for those with vision loss

  • community-based programming for people who are partially-sighted, blind, or deaf blind, families, friends and members of the community

On-site programs include:

  • peer support
  • recreational activities
  • accessible technology training
  • youth programming
  • Nanji Family Foundation CNIB SmartLife Centre

Off-site programs include:

  • advocacy resources
  • ambassador program
  • vision mate program

Summer Program - Lake Joseph Centre:

  • national program
  • mix of rehabilitation and recreational programs for people who are living with vision loss or other disabilities

Phone it Forward Program:

  • national donation program that gives smartphones to people with sight loss who need them

Eligibility No restrictions:
  • residents of Eastern Ontario of all ages who are blind and partially-sighted
Phone it Forward Program:
  • Canadian residents living with sight loss and registered with the CNIB Foundation
