Provides the public with easy access to user-friendly information about family law.

Law Society Referral Service

Provides the name of a lawyer or paralegal who best fits a person’s stated needs. The service is not designed to provide legal advice or second opinions.

Reach Canada

Educates and informs persons with disabilities, family members, lawyers and the general public about the rights and interests of persons with disabilities and ensures that quality legal and social representation is provided. Provides lawyer referral services for people with disabilities through a network of lawyers who volunteer.

Canadian Mental Health Association - Mental Health Diversion & Court Support Services

Court Outreach provides support to divert individuals from the justice system toward mental health court and services in the community.

Catholic Centre for Immigrants (Mediation Program)

Provides free mediation services to New Canadians who are caught up in unresolved disputes with others.  

Family Services Ottawa (ADR Program)

Provides alternative dispute resolution services to child welfare agencies & their clients in Ottawa.

Ontario Association for Family Mediation

Promotes family mediation & alternative dispute resolution and refers  to mediators in Ottawa.

Ottawa Community Youth Diversion Program

Provides youth & family with immediate intervention and on-going support and mediates with all persons involved to resolve on-going conflicts.
