Description and Services
Description (Service) Integrated community mental health support services for individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with complex needs. * Services include outreach, case management, housing, concurrent disorders treatment program, health promotion, vocational support services for clients. * Training and community development to respond to the needs of individuals with serious mental illness, education, training and distribution of materials. 
Talking about Mental Illness: community members share their personal mental health experiences with grade 11 and 12 students. Raises awareness about and reduces the stigma attached to mental illness.
