Description (Service) Services to low-income individuals and families (including those who have recently arrived in Canada) to help find affordable rental housing, or to solve housing problems such as rental arrears, safety concerns, maintenance and health issues, conflicts with landlords or others, and landlord and tenant's rights and responsibilities. 
Advice and moral support * accompaniment to appointments * help to negotiate a lease and fill out forms 
Free advertisement service for private market units that can be browsed by landlords and tenants * housing search and counselling services * legal counsel related to housing and discrimination as well as representing clients at the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal
