Description and Services
Description (Service) Delivers and funds programs and human services to Ottawa residents in need of emergency shelter, subsidized housing, Ontario Renovates program, residential service homes (domiciliary hostels), homelessness programs. Oversees social housing services. 
Provides emergency shelter in a supportive environment to homeless families and assistance in obtaining appropriate long-term affordable housing. Can offer referrals to appropriate emergency shelters for single, homeless individuals.
Hours Administration Mon-Fri 8:45 am-4 pm * Shelter Emergency Service Mon-Sun 24 hours

Application Contact by phone to request an application for social assistance and referral to a shelter (3-1-1). During regular business hours, ongoing Ontario Works clients may contact their Case Coordinator directly for a referral.
