Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

A client-centered, recovery-oriented mental health delivery service model. A team of mental health professionals, including a psychiatrist, provide community based treatment and support to persons with serious mental illness and significant functional impairment. 

Canadian Mental Health Association

Integrated community mental health support services for individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with complex needs.  Services include outreach, case management, housing, concurrent disorders treatment program, health promotion, vocational support services.

Montfort Renaissance

Services for francophone adults with mental health problems. 

Royal Ottawa Hospital

Psychiatric assessment, treatment and rehabilitation centre for adults and youth with serious and complex mental illnesses. Priority is to provide highly specialized assessment, intensive and longer-term treatment, rehabilitation, crisis, outreach and consultative services. Interpretation available on request.
